1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SOVRAN DIGITAL LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide digital services including software development, IT consultancy, IT management, digital marketing, AI & automation, and technical support.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications in a timely manner, pay invoices per agreed terms, and not use our services for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks.

5. Payment Terms

Standard terms: 50% upfront, 50% on completion for projects, monthly in advance for subscriptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
